In the United States many people do not realize that the artists they listen to might not live in or were not born in America. Ed Sheeran has defined his genre of music and has built up an unbelievable following of fans. After being born in Ireland, Ed began his music career. His songs captured fans which has led him to become one of the most recognizable voices and people in the music industry. He has accumulated close to 85 million followers and has 12 songs that have over one billion streams. In total he has over 43 billion streams, making him one of the most listened to artists in the world.
